Delivering on the promise of .NET technology, eSymmetrix managed the design, development and testing of VirtualLab, a software suite that helps research chemists more efficiently design, execute and analyze experiments.

The solution defines an extensible framework supporting numerous interfaces. It consists of about 300,000 lines of C# including .NET remoting, SQL 2000 database, DirectX 3D graphics, COM interop, ADO.NET, managed C++, serialization, reflection, dynamic discovery, .NET security and NT services.

In addition to design/development activities, eSymmetrix drew on its global partnerships for rigorous and cost effective system test planning and execution, as well as creation of multimedia and web-based marketing materials.
