Benelogic was founded in February 2000, and has quickly become recognized for its
Web-based products and services that streamline employee benefits administration.
eSymmetrix had full responsibility for the design, development, deployment and operation
of Benelogic's systems during it's first year and successfully transitioned ongoing
responsibilities to Benelogic's staff.
Working as part of a tightly knit team with Benelogic staff, eSymmetrix had basic
telecommunications and networking capabilities in place within one month.
Within six months, Benelogic went live with eSymmetrix custom software systems enabling
Web-based benefit plan enrollment and client\server tools for internal use. Within
a year, over 20,000 employees from over a dozen Benelogic client companies had experienced
paperless benefit enrollment using eSymmetrix systems.
eSymmetrix brought its own expertise in information systems management, found additional
talented contractors to fill special needs, and worked with Benelogic to put appropriate
staff and vendors in place for the long-term success of the company.
