Case Parts, a commercial refrigeration components distributor, engaged eSymmetrix to develop new systems integrating order entry, customer service, accounts receivable, account payable, collections, purchasing, inventory management, and warehousing.

The result was a custom solution based on a commercial product called the Best Enterprise Suite (see www.sagesoftware.com). This supported multiple Case Parts branch offices and incorporated user personalization based on job role and access rights. It also enabled a smooth transition from the Vax-based legacy system, import of legacy data and readiness for eCommerce.
