Jay Cincotta

Principal & Founder

Since founding eSymmetrix in 2000, Jay Cincotta has led several high-profile projects in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and manufacturing sectors. These include software and network infrastructure development, robotics, and migration of legacy systems to .NET technologies.

Prior to eSymmetrix, Jay served as principal engineer for RWD Technologies, Inc. where he was system architect and project manager for numerous Fortune 500 company projects. As director of advanced human-machine interfaces for GSE Systems, Inc., he developed display systems for major nuclear power plants.

Jay has also held senior engineering positions with Concurrent Computer Corp., S3 Technologies, Inc. and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

He has a B.S. in computer science from the University of Maryland and a M.S. in computer science from Johns Hopkins University.
